April 13th 2016 The Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. has resolved to remove Paweł Olechnowicz, President of the Management Board, Zbigniew Paszkowicz and Marek Sokołowski, Vice-Presidents, from their positions on the Management Board. Maciej Szozda and Mariusz Machajewski will continue to serve on the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board has further decided to temporarily delegate its Chairman, Robert Pietryszyn, to act as President of the Management Board. Mr Pietryszyn will receive no remuneration for his acting as President of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A.

The Supervisory Board has decided to start a competitive recruitment process to fill the vacancies in the positions of President of the Management Board, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice-President for Corporate Affairs, and Vice-President, Chief Strategy and Development Officer.
