Today, the Supervisory Board of LOTOS Petrobaltic changed the composition of the company’s Management Board following the resignation of Marcin Jastrzębski, President of the Grupa LOTOS Management Board, from the position of President of the Management Board of LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A.

The following members continue to serve on the Management Board: Grzegorz Strzelczyk, Vice President, Maintenance and Logistics Officer, Mariusz Kowalski, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Dr Gavin Graham, appointed on February 6th 2017.

Dr Gavin Graham comes from Edinburgh. Working in the oil industry for 35 years, he specialises in exploration for resources and in field development. During his professional career he was involved in upstream projects in Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe. He obtained a PhD in geology. A scholarship he received from Shell allowed him to carry out a ten-month long geological survey in northern Oman.

Dr Graham held executive and advisory positions in companies such as Shell, Petrofac, Crystol Energy, and Amplify Innovation, where he was responsible for implementation of development strategies, corporate governance management, maintaining ownership relations, and risk management. Recently he supported oil and gas companies in cost cutting and project schedule optimisation.

Grzegorz Strzelczyk was appointed as the acting President of the Management Board of LOTOS Petrobaltic.
