A graduate of the Warsaw University, the Faculty of law and Administration and Post-Graduate Course at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the Warsaw University, specialisation of European Studies. A PhD candidate of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Legal Science. Since 2000 a member of the of the Prime Minister Chancellery, where until 2002 worked as a Chief Specialist / Legal Advisor of the Head of the Polish Cabinet, then became the Legal Advisor of the Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and the Legal Advisor of the President of the Council of Ministers at the Department of Economics and Social Issues (hereinafter modified into the Department of the Council of Ministers Committee). Since 2002 till 2006 acted as the Deputy Director of the Department for Economic Issues. Then acted as the Programme Department Head of the Prime Minister Chancellery. Since 2007 the Head of the Programme Department of the Prime Minister Chancellery an Secretary of the Permanent Committee of the Ministers Council. Passed examination for the candidates for the Supervisory Boards Members in the State Treasury Companies in 2002.
