UAB Manifoldas is one of UAB LOTOS Geonafta subsidiaries. The company is one of the 5 oil exploration and production enterprises in Lithuania maintaining its activities since 1996.

Decree No. 608 issued by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 19 May 1998 has granted UAB Manifoldas exclusive rights to carry out exploration, prospecting, and production of hydrocarbons in the Klaipeda licensed area.

In 1999 the company commenced oil production from previously explored Vėžaičiai and Ablinga oil fields. Šiaurės Vėžaičiai (Antkoptis), Ližiai, and Auksoras oil fields were explored and subjected to operation in the course of the company‘s activities.

In 2001 AB„Geonafta (AB LOTOS Geonafta) obtained a 50% block of UAB Manifoldas shares thus conclusively improving its influence over all Lithuanian oil production companies. On 28 November 2012 AB LOTOS Geonafta obtained the remaining 50% of shares and so AB LOTOS Geonafta has become the only UAB Manifoldas shareholder in possession of 100% of its shares.
