The Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. held on January 27th 2016, acting at the request of the Ministry of State Treasury, changed the composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 9th term.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. held on January 27th 2016, acting at the request of the Ministry of State Treasury, changed the composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 9th term.
The following five members were removed from office: Wiesław Skwarko – Chairman, Agnieszka Trzaskalska – Deputy Chairwoman, Oskar Pawłowski – Secretary, Małgorzata Hirszel
and Michał Rumiński.
The following persons were appointed in their place: Robert Pietryszyn – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and four members: Katarzyna Lewandowska, Dariusz Figura, Cezary Krasodomski and Maria Sierpińska.
