Visitors coming to Poland from Berlin via Świecko may now stop by the newly opened service station in Boczów. It is the first DOFO station bearing the new colours of the LOTOS retail network.

In fact, the station complete with a parking lot for 300 trucks, located a little more than 20 km from the Polish border, forms part of a large retail and service complex near the A2 motorway linking Berlin and Warsaw, via Poznań and Łódź. The station’s key advantage is its location - at the junction between national road No. 92, as well as toll-free and tolled sections of the motorway.

- In addition to refuelling your car, you can come here to exchange currencies, buy German toll payment cards, take a rest or refresh yourself before getting back on the road, says Grzegorz Matuszak, manager of the SP196 station. - Because of our location near the border crossing, we can speak German, and given the heavy transit traffic to countries east of Poland, we can also serve customers in Russian, he adds.

Within 100 m from the station, there is a hotel, a restaurant, a large shopping centre, a truck repair garage and a car wash adapted to truck-sized vehicles. Drivers may also use the tachograph and CB radio repair service, and first-aid room. Travelling parents will love the station for a nappy change table, while disabled drivers will surely appreciate the option to summon station attendants simply by pressing a button. The station is equipped with pumps for trucks and with standard pumps, dispensing, among other things, LOTOS Dynamic premium fuels.

The latter, thanks to spacious parking lots, can serve as great resting places for travellers.

The company also carries out projects related to development of service stations at motorways and expressways (as part of so-called Motorway Service Areas), while developing an economy retail network branded as LOTOS Optima. LOTOS Paliwa has in place a quality management system certified by PCBC S.A. with respect to wholesale and supply to service stations of gasolines and diesel oils for motor vehicles, as well as wholesale of light fuel oils.
