
Grupa LOTOS S.A. entered into fuel supply contracts for 2013 and 2014 with Statoil Poland, Shell Polska and BP Europa. The total value of the contracts is estimated at approximately PLN 14bn.

The largest of the contracts was signed with Statoil Poland. On December 31st 2012, LOTOS extended its contract with Statoil Poland whose original term ended at the end of 2013. For the supplies of 95 and 98 gasolines and Diesel oil in the period from January 1st 2013 to December 31st 2014 Statoil Poland will pay PLN 9.2 bn.
Throughout 2013 LOTOS will also supply liquid fuels to Shell's and BP's service stations in Poland, on the basis of, respectively, a contract with Shell Polska, whose value is estimated at approximately PLN 4 bn, and an agreement with BP Europa, valued at approximately PLN 980m.
The LOTOS Group is a group of companies including, apart from Grupa LOTOS S.A. (the parent), LOTOS Czechowice, LOTOS Jasło and LOTOS Petrobaltic (active in the area of exploration for and production of crude oil and natural gas on the Baltic Sea), more than a dozen subsidiaries operating under the LOTOS brand. After the first three quarters of 2012, LOTOS reported sales revenue of nearly PLN 25 bn (up by 19% year on year). Its net profit for the period stood at approximately PLN 700m (up by 21% year on year). As at the end of August 2012, the share of LOTOS in the domestic fuel market was 34%, which is above the strategic target of 30% assumed for 2011-2015.
Through LOTOS Petrobaltic and LOTOS Norge the Group is also present on the Polish and Norwegian continental shelf, where it conducts exploration and production work on oil deposits. Following acquisition of 100% of shares in LOTOS Geonafta, it also gained access to onshore reserves of oil located on the territory of Lithuania. In 2011, LOTOS produced 230 thousand tonnes of crude oil. In line with its strategy for 2011-2015, LOTOS plans to produce 1.2m tonnes of oil annually by 2015.
