
LOTOS Rally Team is a new Polish rally team, formed by Michał Kościuszko and Maciej Szczepaniak as well as Kajetan Kajetanowicz and Jarosław Baran.

Michał Kościuszko and Maciej Szczepaniak will take part in all rounds of the World Rally Championships WRC (a rally equivalent of Formula 1). The 2013 season includes races in all the 13 rounds of this most important rally category. The Polish team will drive a MINI WRC car.
Their first performance will take place already this week (15-20 January) in the legendary Monte Carlo Rally, held for the 81st time. Michał Kościuszko, bearing the new team colours, will participate in the official conference inaugurating the rally. The LOTOS Rally Team driver will sit himself at the table together with highly experienced competitors, such as Sebastian Loeb or Mads Ostberg. Kościuszko is a two-time World Rally Vice-Champion in the PWRC (2011) and JWRC (2009) classifications. He is the first and only Polish rally driver to appear in the full WRC cycle.
The team formed by Kajetan Kajetanowicz and his pilot, Jarosław Baran, will take part in the Polish Car Rally Championships. The RSMP 2013 season comprises of seven rounds, one of which will take place outside of Poland. The Kajetanowicz/Baran team won three titles of the Polish Champion in the general classification of the Polish Rally Championships in the years 2010-2012. They gained the victory two times in a row (in the 2010 and 2011 seasons) in Rally Poland. No similar feat has been accomplished by Polish rally drivers for 87 years.
