On Friday, June 14th 2013, Michał Kościuszko and Maciek Szczepaniak will hit the road in their Ford Fiesta RS WRC for the first time. Testing will take place in Greystoke in the north of England, near M-Sport's headquarters.

The LOTOS Rally Team will be practicing in an area with several gravel-road stages, which will allow it to run the car several times using different parameters. This will also be the first opportunity for Michał and Maciej to familiarise themselves with their Ford Fiesta RS WRC's handling.

“I'm very glad to be back in the Fiesta after a year-long break,” Michał Kościuszko admitted. “I drove a Fiesta RRC in the Rally Poland, and this time I will get to drive the WRC version. Apart from being more powerful, I expect it to be more stable, thanks to its aerodynamics set. We only have one day for testing, so we need to use our time as efficiently as possible. First of all, I need to check Thierry Neuville and Mads Ostberg’s set-ups to get a reference point for further tests. I am sure that I will have more to say once I spend a day behind the wheel, but even now I have a good feeling – I'm looking forward to this test drive”.

Kościuszko and Szczepaniak will compete in the Ford Fiesta WRC during the forthcoming 7th round of the World Rally Championship, in Sardinia.
