On June 1st 2015, the Annual General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. was held in Gdańsk. The Annual General Meeting approved the Company’s separate and consolidated financial statements for 2014, and granted discharge to all members of the Grupa LOTOS Management and Supervisory Boards in respect of performance of their duties.
The Supervisory Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. has concluded the procedure to select the President of the Management Board of Grupa LOTOS S.A. of the ninth joint term of office.

This year, Grupa LOTOS’s refinery in Gdańsk has further diversified its sources of crude oil supplies. The new crude is produced at the Lubiatów gas and oil production facility managed by PGNiG.
In the past, crude oil was brought to the refinery over the Druzhba pipeline and by sea, through Naftoport. Now the feedstock is also supplied by rail. Rail supplies are performed by LOTOS Kolej, one of the largest freight carriers in Poland.
LOTOS - Air BP Polska adds four Polish airports, Warsaw (WAW), Gdańsk (GDN), Katowice (KTW) and Lublin (LUZ), to the worldwide network of more than 700 airports in 50 countries where the Sterling Card is accepted.
In the Nauta Shipyard of Gdynia, an overhaul of the LOTOS Petrobaltic drilling rig, undertaken to renew the rig’s classification certificate, has been completed. All work was designed to further improve safety-at-work and environmental performance.

For Q1 2015, LOTOS reported EBITDA of PLN 446m (up 92% year on year) and operating profit close to PLN 268m (Q1 2014: PLN 17.3m). In the same period, the Company generated operating cash flows of PLN 321m (up 27% year on year).
