LOTOS Norge, a subsidiary of Grupa LOTOS holding, applied for 5 exploration licenses located on the Norwegian and Barents Seas. Applications were submitted due to 20th licensing round announced by Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.

LOTOS Exploration and Production Norge, a subsidiary in the Grupa LOTOS holding, signed  today a Sale and Purchase Agreement regarding acquisition of additional 10% interest in production licenses from Yme oil field. The remaining P50 reserves for company’s shares in Yme amount overall 13,6 million bbl of oil equivalent (approx. 1,8 mln tonnes).

LOTOS Exploration and Production Norge AS entered today into an agreement to buy a 20% interest in exploration license PL455, placed in the southern part of North Sea’s Norwegian sector.

LOTOS Norge, Grupa LOTOS subsidiary, signed today Sales&Purchase agreement regarding acquisition of a 10 pc interest in production licenses from Yme oil field located in the North Sea. According to the license operator (Talisman company) the remaining P50 reserves for 10 pc of Yme is 6,8 million bbl of oil equivalent (approx. 0,9 mln tonnes).
