

A successful year for LOTOS. Targeted further growth in the upstream business
According to financial performance estimates, in Q4 2012 LOTOS earned net profit of just under PLN 936m. This represents a 44% year-on-year growth. The Company expects revenue to reach PLN 33.1bn, which is up by 13% on the prior year.

Grupa LOTOS in the sixth edition of the RESPECT Index
Grupa LOTOS has once again fulfilled the strict criteria to be included in the RESPECT Index of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and has found itself among the 20 companies to be included in the new composition of the RESPECT Index. It is already the sixth edition of the index, in which LOTOS has been present from the very beginning.
Supplies of Lithuanian oil to Grupa LOTOS
LOTOS Geonafta, a company owned by LOTOS Petrobaltic, has been contracted to supply crude oil to the Gdańsk refinery. The contract has just be concluded for an indefinite period of time. Its value over the next five has been estimated at PLN 822m.

LOTOS starts fuel deliveries at the Warsaw Chopin Airport
LOTOS Tank, a company of the LOTOS Group, has launched direct sale of aviation fuel at the Warsaw Chopin Airport. In this way this largest airport in Poland has gained another alternative supplier of fuel, which has a positive effect on the security and efficiency of its operation.
New LOTOS Rally Team
LOTOS Rally Team is a new Polish rally team, formed by Michał Kościuszko and Maciej Szczepaniak as well as Kajetan Kajetanowicz and Jarosław Baran.
LOTOS to supply PLN 14bn worth of fuels
Grupa LOTOS S.A. entered into fuel supply contracts for 2013 and 2014 with Statoil Poland, Shell Polska and BP Europa. The total value of the contracts is estimated at approximately PLN 14bn.

401 service stations in LOTOS portfolio
LOTOS Paliwa greeted the New Year at 401 service stations, located throughout Poland. In 2012, the LOTOS retail network was developing both in the premium and economy segments. However, it was the expansion of the LOTOS Optima network that remained a priority.

LOTOS awarded by the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers
Grupa LOTOS S.A. was awarded a distinction in the ranking "ESG Analysis of Companies in Poland”, prepared by the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers in cooperation with Accreo Taxand and GES consultancies.
LOTOS Geonafta takes over Lithuanian Manifoldas
November 28th 2012 saw the consummation of an agreement whereby LOTOS Geonafta acquired the remaining 50% interest in Manifoldas. LOTOS Geonafta, which had held a 50% interest prior to the transaction, took full control over the company. Manifoldas is a successful player in Lithuania's hydrocarbon exploration and production sector. The company produces approximately 30 thousand tonnes of crude a year.

LOTOS ranks sixth in Central Europe
Grupa LOTOS has been ranked the sixth largest company in Central Europe. The close-to-the-top position in the ranking of 500 largest corporations in the region is owed to strong revenues. In 2011, which was the period under analysis, Grupa LOTOS reported revenue of EUR 6,596m (PLN 29,258.5m), that is up 48.8% on the previous year.
Grupa LOTOS enters a consortium with Azoty Tarnów
On November 23rd 2012 Grupa LOTOS S.A. signed an agreement with Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach (”Azoty Tarnów”) to complete a preliminary feasibility study for two proposed investment projects – a steam cracker and polyethylene production unit, and an aromatics complex. If the feasibility study renders positive results, this will enable the partners to start design work on the selected alternative, thus offering Grupa LOTOS and Azoty Tarnów an opportunity to benefit from the recently-announced programme ”Polish Investments” (Inwestycje Polskie).
